Return Policy

Hwarang bows are of exceptional quality, and few problems are ever encountered. However, in the unlikely event of a problem, here is our policy:

The Hwarang bows are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three months from time of purchase. Upon return of the bow (to the address below, value marked low or zero [any duty incurred will be added onto the final cost], item described as broken), the bowyer will make a determination if any damage was due to an inherent problem or caused by the customer. If the former, the bowyer will, at his descretion, either repair the damage or replace the bow. If the latter, the bowyer will either repair the damage or replace the bow (customer's choice) at customer's expense. All shipping is the responsibility of the customer, as are any customs duties incurred by the bowyer or customer.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a Hwarang bow, you may return it, at your expense, within thirty days, in new condition, for a refund, minus original shipping and other costs (such as PayPal service charges).

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. If sent by EMS, there is a tracking number that can be followed up on. However, if sent by regular airmail, tracking is not possible.
