Quality Assurance

Hwarang bows are of exceptional quality, and few problems are ever encountered. However, in the unlikely event of a problem, please review our policy below.

Warranty Coverage

The Hwarang bows are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three months from time of purchase.

The bowyer will determine if any damage was due to:

• Inherent Problem: The bowyer will, at his discretion, either repair the damage or replace the bow.
• Customer-Caused Damage: The bowyer will either repair the damage or replace the bow (customer's choice) at customer's expense.

All shipping costs and any customs duties incurred by either party are the responsibility of the customer.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a Hwarang bow, you may return it within thirty days, subject to the following conditions:

• Bow must be in new condition
• Return shipping is at customer's expense
• Refund will exclude original shipping costs and other charges (such as PayPal service charges)

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
